Abstract
The article covers the materials of scientific research on issue of innovative transformations in Russia. The most attention is paid to the regional features of the use of innovative potential of scientific-educational establishments and a system of institutes intercommunication with a business-environment. The features of regional structure development and Far Eastern economic growth opportunities are presented in the conditions of realization modernization processes.
